Abby Schilz

Abby is originally from Milwaukee, WI, and made the move to Greenville, SC in September 2020. She earned her degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2016, graduating with a double major in Mathematics and Economics. Abby began her career at Willis Towers Watson, spending six years in the employer benefits consulting field. During her time there, she managed a range of responsibilities, including client strategy development, vendor oversight, running RFPs, setting premium rates, and projecting incurred but not reported claims (IBNRs). She also passed three actuarial exams and holds a Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license. With deep expertise in the company’s systems, she’s the go-to person for creating efficient workflows and making sure everything stays on track from start to finish.
