Anthony Mahfood

Anthony started his financial services career in 1998 with Capital Planners. Before co-founding Parallel Financial, LLC., Anthony enjoyed a career at BB&T Wealth Management as a Wealth Advisor servicing a portfolio of client relationships within the affluent market segment. Anthony provided an integrated delivery of services including: financial planning, business succession planning, asset management, personal trust and estate planning, insurance and risk management services, mortgage services, and general banking services. At BB&T, he won the Royal Flush Award three times and was a two-time Sterling Performer Award winner. Anthony listens and adapts to understand the goals and priorities of his clients. He is prompt to appreciate their concerns and strives to design strategies to achieve their goals. He received his undergraduate degree from John Carroll University and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. Anthony and his wife Tracy, live in Greenville and have two daughters, Sophia and Lydia. They are members of St. George Greek Orthodox Cathedral, where he and his family are actively involved. Anthony has helped coach some of the youth basketball teams at St. George, as coaching is one of his passions. He is involved with AHEPA, Velouchi, and has served on various boards for the Thornblade Club. Also, he helps serve at Christ Church Episcopal School where his daughters attend. He is an active member of YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization). Anthony enjoys all sports, especially watching his daughters compete in athletics.
