Victoria Latham

A 2013 graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, Victoria holds a double major in Homeland Security & Emergency Preparedness and Criminal Justice. Her career spans a range of roles including Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Specialist, Police Officer, and Product Quality Analyst at Allianz Partners, where she ensured policy compliance across travel, event, and tuition insurance products. This diverse background equips her with a unique perspective on regulatory standards and operational processes. Victoria’s community service work has included Rise Against Hunger, Richmond Food Bank, and Angel Tree – Salvation Army Central VA. Outside of work, she enjoys playing the piano, ukulele, gardening, painting, and biking with her husband. Victoria brings a broad range of expertise in compliance and quality assurance to her role supporting the operational and regulatory efforts at Echelon Financial.
